scope of these terms
These Terms apply to the Immersion Brigade website, Discord community, verification system, staff dashboard, and supported game services. Discord and Roblox maintain their own terms, which continue to apply when you use their platforms.
verification requirements
To verify, you must be a member of the configured Discord server, control an eligible Roblox account, and belong to the configured Roblox group. Verification and related roles may be removed if these requirements are no longer met or if a moderation action applies.
roblox authorization
By choosing Roblox verification, you authorize our Roblox OAuth application to request openid, profile, group:read, and user.inventory-item:read. These permissions let us authenticate your Roblox account, read basic profile information to help assess account eligibility, check whether you are in the official Immersion Brigade Roblox group, and, where a verification or eligibility check is disclosed, view information about eligible game passes and badges you own. Profile information does not definitively establish that an account is not an alternate account. We use this access only for verification and related community access. We do not use it to buy, sell, trade, equip, or otherwise modify your Roblox account or inventory. OAuth tokens are discarded after the verification flow completes.
permitted use
You may use only accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You must not evade moderation, misuse verification, share service credentials, abuse private game APIs, disrupt the service, bypass applicable limits, or attempt to access staff systems without authorization.
moderation
Authorized staff may apply documented Discord and Roblox moderation actions, including mute roles, Discord bans, and supported game restrictions. We may review activity in configured Discord channels as described in the Privacy Policy.
availability and third-party platforms
The service may change, undergo maintenance, or become unavailable because Discord or Roblox changes its services. Verification does not guarantee access to any game, role, server, or feature. Immersion Brigade is independent of Roblox and Discord.

The service is provided "as is" and may not always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Immersion Brigade is not responsible for losses arising from platform outages, unauthorized account use, or misuse of the service.
