scope of this policy
Immersion Brigade operates this website, the QUICKDRAW Discord community, and its account verification service. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you link Discord and Roblox accounts, the purposes for which we use that information, and the periods for which it may be retained.
information we retain
We retain the Discord and Roblox information required to link and verify accounts. This may include verification results, Roblox group membership, role synchronization status, moderation records, security logs, and staff dashboard access records. We log message edits and deletions only in Discord channels configured for logging. We do not collect direct messages or copy attachments.
tokens and sign-in
Discord and Roblox provide OAuth tokens during verification. We use those tokens to verify identity and membership and then discard them. We temporarily retain hashed OAuth state and PKCE data to secure the verification request. The public website does not maintain a signed-in session for you.
roblox oauth permissions
When you choose to verify with Roblox, our OAuth application requests the following permissions: openid to authenticate you and receive your stable Roblox account identifier; profile to read basic Roblox profile information that may help us assess account eligibility; group:read to view your Roblox community membership, including membership in the official Immersion Brigade group; and user.inventory-item:read to view information about eligible game passes and badges you own. We use profile and community information to link and verify your account. Profile information cannot definitively establish that an account is not an alternate account. Game-pass and badge information may be used only for a disclosed verification or eligibility check. Unless a published feature says otherwise, we retain the resulting eligibility decision rather than a copy of your inventory list. We do not use any of these permissions to buy, sell, trade, equip, or otherwise change anything in your Roblox account.
use of information
We use this information for verification, account linking, role synchronization, moderation, security, and staff review. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
third-party services
Discord, Roblox, and our hosting providers process the information necessary to operate their respective services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
retention and removal
We retain operational records until their removal is approved by the server owner. Deleted information may remain in backups for up to 90 days. We permanently retain a limited record that a deletion occurred; that record does not include the deleted information. We may revise this Privacy Policy when the service changes. The date above identifies the effective date of the current version.
